Order Control Assistant
Responsibilities:
· Manage all orders for customers listed under selected sales representatives.
· List customs related batches and work in warehouse to coordinate preparation of custom documents.
· Provide back up for the preparation of Bill of Lading.
· Release orders by via code as necessary.
· Review related section on Vendors Manuals.
· Experience with EDI.
Qualifications:
· Post-secondary education.
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar field.
· Experience in AS400 as well as MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
· Knowledge of EDI is preferred.
