Reporting to the Team Lead, Organizational Effectiveness, you will partner with leaders and teams across WCB-Alberta. The work includes organizational development, coaching, continuous improvement, and process redesign. You will help assigned client groups address complex organizational issues and implement practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify improvement opportunities through surveys, focus groups, analysis, and research

Develop recommendations and action plans with leaders and teams

Provide change management guidance for successful initiative adoption

Lead process improvement and organizational review projects

Requirements

Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field

Three to five years supporting improvement or organizational development initiatives

Robust analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, coaching, and consultation skills

Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, or continuous improvement

Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and SharePoint proficiency
