Stratus Clean is a commercial cleaning company serving businesses across Hamilton, Burlington, Niagara and Kitchener-Waterloo. We work with a network of about 120 local cleaning business owners who take care of more than 450 accounts every week, including offices, medical clinics, schools and more. Our sales team finds new customers and matches them with a local owner who handles their cleaning.

What You'll Do:

- Cold call local businesses to book walkthrough appointments for our outside sales rep
- Respond to inbound leads from our website and ads, and get them booked quickly
- Keep our CRM up to date with notes on every call, contact and follow-up
- Manage the pipeline so our outside sales rep always knows what's coming up and where each deal stands
- Follow up with prospects who aren't ready yet so nothing falls through the cracks

Who We're Looking For:





- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales or cold calling
- Previous Customer Service experience using a CRM (HubSpot is a bonus)
- Fluent in English, with a clear and confident phone manner
- Organized and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day
- You don't take a "no" personally and you keep going
