Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role offers flexible hours on-site 16 hours a week (2 x 8 hour days or 3 x 5 hour days) supporting our financial operations. The candidate should have experience in Quick Books-on-Line, this position is perfect for someone looking to apply their bookkeeping skills in a dynamic environment while maintaining a work-life balance.

Duties

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure data accuracy
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records

Qualifications

- Proven experience with bookkeeping and accounting functions
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks-on-Line
- Robust organizational skills




- Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation accurately
- Knowledge of account analysis and budgeting practices preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
