Trades Connect is Canada’s premier mobile app and directory connecting local homeowners with trusted independent trades professionals, contractors, and handymen. Our platform features an interactive map and list view, customizable profiles, and direct in-app messaging to make finding and hiring local talent seamless.

About the Role:

We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated students to join our field marketing team. Your mission is straightforward and straightforward: visit local home improvement hubs during peak morning contractor hours, approach independent contractors and handymen loading up supplies, and invite them to claim their free profile on Trades Connect.

You will hand out QR-code flyers highlighting our $250 Home Depot Grand Prize Draw, helping local contractors secure free marketing and direct homeowner leads without paying for expensive ads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Head out to assigned local home improvement hubs (e.g., Home Depot / Rona in Mississauga) during early morning peak hours (6:30 AM – 9:00 AM).
- Approach independent contractors and trade professionals with a friendly, high-energy pitch.




- Distribute QR-code flyers and assist contractors in scanning and launching their profile setup on the spot.
- Accurately track and log daily sign-ups to ensure all hourly pay and per-signup bonuses are accounted for.

What We’re Looking For:

- Currently enrolled as a student (college or university).
- Outgoing, confident communication skills and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
- Reliable transportation and availability for early morning shifts (6:30 AM – 9:00 AM) 2 to 5 days a week.
- Self-starter attitude with a strong drive to hit daily performance goals.
