What You’ll Do

- Crush the Rush: Execute high-quality dishes with speed and precision during fast-paced lunch and dinner services.
- Master the Menu: Prepare everything from our signature smoked meats to fresh, seasonal sides.
- Keep it Clean: Maintain a spotless, organized station and adhere to all food safety standards.
- Collaborate: Work seamlessly with the front-of-house and your fellow cooks to ensure every guest has a positive experience.
