Description

Assist retail, wholesale, and internal dealership customers with parts inquiries.

Identify and source the correct parts using Ford parts catalogues and dealership systems.

Prepare parts quotations and process parts sales.

Order, receive, organize, and distribute parts.

Support technicians by ensuring required parts are available for scheduled repairs.

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts.

Process special orders, returns, and warranty parts as required.

Maintain an organized and professional parts department.

Greet customers and assist with service appointments, vehicle maintenance, and repair inquiries.

Open and manage repair orders, ensuring customer concerns are accurately documented.

Communicate with technicians regarding repairs, diagnostics, and required parts.

Prepare estimates and explain recommended maintenance and repairs to customers.

Obtain customer authorization for repairs and additional work.

Keep customers informed of repair progress and completion times.





Schedule service appointments and coordinate vehicle pickup.

Promote preventative maintenance and identify additional service opportunities.

Ensure a positive customer experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery.

Previous automotive dealership, service advising, or parts experience is an asset.

Solid customer service and communication skills.

Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable using computers and learning dealership management systems.

Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.

Valid driver's licence.

Experience with Ford systems or PBS dealership software is an asset, but not required.
