How It Works

This is a freelance, event-based collaboration opportunity, not a traditional full-time position.

Pixie Pop Studio receives bookings for birthday parties, festivals, private celebrations, and corporate events throughout the GTA.

Depending on client requests and event requirements, we connect with our network of subcontractors to provide the requested services.

- Opportunities are offered based on event bookings and availability.
- You can accept or decline opportunities depending on your schedule.
- Events may take place at private homes, party venues, community centres, malls, or outdoor locations.
- Compensation is discussed and agreed upon before each booking.
- Some opportunities may involve providing your own equipment, materials, or costumes, depending on the service.
- There are no guaranteed minimum hours or number of bookings.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in children’s entertainment, creative workshops, or event services is preferred.
- Friendly, energetic, professional, and comfortable working with children and families.
- Reliable, punctual,



and able to communicate professionally.
- Ability to travel to event locations throughout Toronto and the GTA.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality services.
- Availability for occasional weekends and special events is an asset.
- Access to your own supplies or equipment is an advantage, depending on your specialty.
- Ability to meet any applicable event-specific safety, screening, or insurance requirements.

Compensation

Competitive, project-based compensation, depending on the type of service, event duration, location, and experience.

Rates and expectations will be discussed individually before confirming each event.
