We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy department. Duties

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy and support comprehensive patient care plans.
- Maintain compliance with all local pharmacy regulations and standards.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals.
- Provide training and ongoing education to pharmacy staff on new medications, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Implement policies to enhance patient safety,

- Engage with patients directly when necessary to address medication questions or concerns.

Experience

- Proven experience in acute care pharmacy settings is required
- Strong background in patient care is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration practices is essential.
- Prior leadership experience managing a pharmacy team is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations related to pharmacy practice is necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
