About the Role
Primaris Health is a private health clinic in Calgary focused on proactive, whole-person care. We’re looking for a Physiotherapist who wants to help clients move better, feel stronger, address injury risks and manage pain.
You’ll be part of a true multidisciplinary care team, working alongside physicians, nurses, chiropractors, personal trainers, dietitians, massage therapists, and other providers. Together, we build care plans that look at the whole person, and your clinical insight will directly shape how we care for our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Complete thorough physical assessments to identify biomechanical issues, postural imbalances, and injury risks
- Build personalized treatment and maintenance plans for clients who want to improve performance or prevent future decline
- Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and advanced modalities to restore function and manage pain
- Collaborate closely with the full care team, including physicians, nurses, chiropractors, personal trainers, and our MSK team, so every client gets seamless, coordinated care
- Act as the team’s go-to expert on movement and physical function, sharing insights that improve client outcomes
- Help clients take ownership of their physical health with practical, long-term strategies
- Keep accurate, timely documentation in line with College of Physiotherapists of Alberta (CPTA) standards
- Stay current on physiotherapy research and new technologies, and bring the best evidence-based practices to Primaris
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited program
- Active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta (CPTA)
- Strong clinical assessment skills and medical terminology knowledge
- A compassionate, client-centred approach and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Explicit, confident verbal and written communication
- Calm, professional judgement, including with challenging clients
- A firm commitment to client confidentiality
- Comfort with computers and clinical software (or a willingness to learn)
Why Primaris Health
