Otto Heating & Cooling is looking for a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our growing team in Edmonton. We are seeking a 2nd to 4th year apprentice or journeyperson with hands-on plumbing experience. This role includes residential plumbing service work, hot water tank and tankless water heater installations, and HVAC installations. Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and maintenance
- Install hot water tanks, tankless water heaters, and HVAC equipment
- Complete accurate service reports and communicate clearly with customers and office staff
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with the service manager and dispatch team to complete work efficiently
- Follow applicable codes, safety requirements, and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory
Qualifications
- Registered 2nd to 4th year plumbing apprentice or journeyperson plumber in Alberta
- Valid Alberta driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Experience with residential plumbing service and water heater installations
- HVAC installation experience is an asset
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
