We are a growing powersports sales and finance company looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Cold Calling & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

Our business specializes in helping customers purchase and finance a wide range of recreational vehicles, including ATVs, quads, side-by-sides, boats, trailers, and other powersports equipment.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls, starting conversations with potential customers, generating interest, and turning leads into qualified sales opportunities.

This is a proactive outbound sales position. We need someone who creates opportunities rather than waits for customers to call.

Key Responsibilities

- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads.
- Generate customer interest in ATVs, quads, side-by-sides, boats, trailers, and other recreational equipment.
- Identify customer needs, purchasing intentions, and financing interests.
- Qualify potential buyers and schedule appointments with our sales and finance team.
- Consistently follow up with prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
- Confidently handle objections and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity records in our CRM.
- Meet daily and weekly calling, appointment-setting, and lead generation targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into completed sales.

What We're Looking For

- Previous cold calling, telemarketing,



appointment setting, or outbound sales experience preferred.
- Confident and skilled communication skills.
- Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day.
- Strong ability to overcome objections and handle rejection.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Interest or knowledge in ATVs, side-by-sides, boating, or recreational vehicles is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistent productivity.
