Grand Toyota is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Product Advisor to join our sales team!

Buying a vehicle is a significant decision, and we're looking for someone who understands the importance of building trust, listening to customers, and helping them make informed purchasing decisions.

If you enjoy working with people, have a natural ability to build relationships, and are motivated by achieving sales results, this could be an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in automotive sales.

Previous automotive sales experience is an asset but not required. We're looking for someone with strong sales potential, sound judgment, and the willingness to learn and follow a proven sales process.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Connecting with customers to understand their needs and help them find the right Toyota vehicle.
- Guiding customers through the buying or leasing experience with confidence and professionalism.
- Demonstrating vehicle features, technology, and benefits.
- Building lasting customer relationships through follow-up and after-sale service.
- Developing your product knowledge through ongoing Toyota training.
- Managing customer inquiries and sales opportunities using our CRM system.
- Working toward individual sales goals while contributing to the success of the team.
- All other duties as assigned by Management.

- A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow an established sales process.
- Good organizational skills and attention to follow-up.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Automotive industry or CRM experience would be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
