About the Role

Our Production Associate role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and working independently while being part of a supportive, collaborative team. In this fast-paced, large-format printing environment, you will play a key role in daily production operations, including printing, finishing, CNC support, packaging, and general shop activities. Successful candidates will bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality, helping ensure printed products are manufactured accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

What you will do

- Operating large format printing equipment
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and optimize workflow
- Able to take direction to pick and organize tasks based on priority
- Perform other related duties as assigned

What you will need:
- Completed Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
- Valid G2 or G Drivers License is recommended as shift times may vary occassionally
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and production methods
- Attention to detail
- Clear and concise communication skills,



both verbal and written.
- CNC experience is considered an asset but not required
