Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective fundraising campaigns to meet organizational goals
- Identify and research potential donors using various research methods and tools
- Manage and update donor information within databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Cultivate relationships with existing donors through personalized communication and stewardship activities
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote fundraising initiatives across multiple channels
- Organize and participate in fundraising events and outreach activities




- Prepare detailed reports on fundraising progress, donor engagement, and campaign outcomes
- Collaborate with team members to develop compelling proposals and grant applications
- Provide excellent customer service to donors, prospects, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

- Proven experience in fundraising, development, or related fields preferred
- Strong knowledge of databases such as Raiser's Edge or similar CRM systems
- Excellent research skills to identify potential donors and funding opportunities
- Effective marketing skills with the ability to craft compelling messages and campaigns
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a rapid-paced setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with fundraising regulations and ethical standards is a plus

Pay: $15.28-$25.00 per hour
