Project Manager / Scrum Master – Agile Delivery

Client: Confidential, leading Canadian P&C; insurance organization

Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Type: Permanent, full-time

Base salary: Up to $125,000 CAD, plus a target bonus of about 10%

About the role

Our client is going through a major technology transformation and needs a Project Manager / Scrum Master for its Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This is not a ceremonies-only role. You will be a proactive delivery partner who spots risks, challenges existing processes, improves team performance and drives measurable results.

What you bring

- 5+ years in project management or as a Scrum Master
- Strong Scrum knowledge (CSM or PSM preferred) and PMP certification
- Property and casualty insurance experience preferred, though other insurance,



banking or financial services backgrounds will be considered
- A track record of resolving blockers and improving team performance
- Vendor management and cross-functional stakeholder experience
- Confidence presenting to senior leadership
- Solid technical understanding of software development and delivery
- Transparent written and verbal communication
- Experience using delivery metrics to guide decisions
