About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Scheduler to serve as the critical operational connector between our Projects, Sales and Shop Floor teams. In this role, you will work side-by-side with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Document Controllers, and Shop personnel to align production capacity, maintain active schedules, and ensure projects cross the finish line on time.

What You’ll Do

- Develop, maintain, and track detailed project and production schedules in alignment with customer commitments and resource availability.
- Act as the central communication bridge between the project management branch and shop floor administration to keep workflows transparent and synchronized.
- Coordinate closely with the Shop Administrator to monitor shop capacity, manpower allocation, and day-to-day production progress.
- Partner with the Document Control Technician to synchronize drawing releases, manufacturing data packages, and BOM/router timelines.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets, proactively identifying bottlenecks and recommending recovery plans to the Project Manager.
- Participate in project kickoff meetings and production reviews, compiling schedules and tracking action items across cross-functional teams.




- Utilize ERP systems to update scheduling milestones, lead times, and routing data.

What You Bring

- Post-secondary diploma in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of direct experience in scheduling, planning, or project coordination within an industrial, manufacturing, or fabrication environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP software and project scheduling tools (MS Project, Advanced Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to interface effectively between shop floor personnel and management.
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and analytical problem-solving skills under pressure.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
