Overview

Join our team as a QA Associate and become a part of managing the flow of work and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Duties

- Through shop floor presence, serve as a deputy for the overall responsibility of the quality system and its implementation.

- Create, modify, review and control SOPs and forms and assist in bi-annual review of SOPs.

- Assist in conducting internal audits.

- Perform in-process control and testing for QC testing.

- Assist in developing and implementing training programs of manufacturing operators and ensure that the training files of the staffs are current and maintained.

- Issue and Review of batch records.

- Create and issue raw and packaging material reports to quality control lab accompanied by samples.

- Create and issue specifications and reports of bulk products and finished products to quality control lab.

- Collect required information for the annual product review, summarize data and publish results.

- Issuance, review and follow up on change control program.

- Conduct and write investigation reports for deviation, NCR’s and incidents, and if required to initiate CAPA.





- Perform and approve line clearances.

- Write reports of product development and make the suggested changes in future documents through appropriate channel.

- Perform calibration of instruments used in manufacturing area.

- Monitoring pest control activity.

- Other duties as assigned by Q & C Coordinator or management

Qualifications:

- Holds a Canadian Diploma/Degree or Equivalent

- Starting salary will increase based on years of experience in the below fields. However, fresh candidates are still welcome especially if there is a will to learn.

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
