Overview

Join our team as a QC Analyst and become a part of ensuring product quality and consistency.

Duties

- Performs analytical testing of raw / packaging materials, stability samples, in process, finished and other products as required in compliance with company specifications and cGMP practices.

- Ensures that appropriate methodology is utilized without unauthorized modifications.

- Operates and maintains analytical equipment including HPLC, FT-IR, GC, UV, etc. as required.

- Prepares reagents, standards, and sample solutions as required by the analytical method.

- Analyzing inorganic and organic compounds to determine physical and chemical properties, composition, relationships, and reactions, utilizing spectroscopy, spectrophotometer, and chromatography techniques.

- Reports data on forms, logs and laboratory worksheets and submits for appropriate review in timely manner following cGMP guidelines.

- Writes and reviews Standard Operating Procedures and other documentation for QC Laboratory.

- Assist in the development and validation of analytical test methods.

- Performs laboratory maintenance, qualification and calibration of equipment and machines per written procedures.





- Maintains chemicals and samples inventory.

- Follows Good Laboratory Practices regulations and company policies and performing other routine laboratory support activities as required.

- Actively and precisely follows all safety requirements, lab SOP’s, and company procedures in ensuring protected handling of chemicals, materials, and equipment. o Wash glassware and equipment in the lab.

- Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Holds a Canadian Diploma/Degree or Equivalent

- Starting salary will increase based on years of experience in the below fields. However, fresh candidates are still welcome especially if there is a will to learn.

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
