Roles and responsibilities

- Contact and reach out to active and registered Realtors in the Toronto-GTA area

- Independently lead generate through as wide range of sources/medias

- Attend networking and social events where Realtors will be present for the purposes of recruitment

- Attend real estate and realtor related conventions for the purposes of recruitment

- Meet criteria on number of appointments held weekly/monthly

- Learn and keep up-to-date with Keller Williams tools, best-practices and work culture to get the best engagement from potential recruitments

- Actively participate in corporate social media programs and personal social media programs to expand outreach

- Create social media content for the purposes of recruitment

- Be the lead administrator for the Company CRM for recruitment

- Develop, deploy and maintain a consistent touch-point system for all recruits in the system

- Attend training/coaching seminars that may be hosted throughout the GTA

- Be familiar with standard suite of office software (MS Office, Adobe, Google Business Suite, ZOOM)





- Any other tasks and jobs as may be reasonably required by the Company relating to the role of recruitment, training, lead generation/prospecting

- This is a newly created position

Applicant requirements

- College Diploma or University Undergraduate Degree minimum

- 5+ years experience as a professional recruiter

- Experience with recruiting Sales Professionals (Specifically Real Estate Agents)

- Licenced Real Estate agent an asset, but not requirement

- Real estate industry experience an asset, but not a requirement

- Out-going, engaging personality willing to make cold-calls on the daily basis

- Have a strong personal social media presence and leverage it to expand outreach

Compensation: $40,000-$55,000 + Commission on a per-recruit hired basis

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
