Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our Montessori team in Oakville. The ideal candidate will support children’s development, independence, and love of learning in a nurturing, child-centred workplace.

Responsibilities

- Create a safe, engaging, and prepared Montessori learning environment.
- Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Plan age-appropriate activities that encourage independence, exploration, and practical life skills.
- Observe and document children’s progress and developmental milestones.
- Maintain classroom safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Build positive relationships with families and colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills




- Valid RECE registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators.
- Knowledge of child development and early learning practices.
- Experience in a Montessori or childcare setting is an asset.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for nurturing young children in a respectful, inclusive environment.
