Arista Rehabilitation is a growing multidisciplinary clinic in Surrey, BC, seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team.

We provide patient-centered massage therapy and rehabilitation services in a welcoming, collaborative setting focused on quality care, professional growth, and positive patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

- Conduct thorough client intakes and assessments, including relevant health history and evaluation of soft tissue and musculoskeletal concerns.
- Develop and deliver individualized massage therapy treatment plans based on client needs and treatment goals.
- Provide appropriate therapeutic massage techniques within your training, competence, and professional scope of practice.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate clients on self-care, home care, posture, mobility, and strategies to support recovery and wellness.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with applicable professional standards and privacy requirements.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated, client-centred care.
- Build positive therapeutic relationships through empathy, communication, and professionalism.
- Participate in continuing education and ongoing professional development.

What We're Looking For
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC), with authorization to practise as an RMT in BC.




- New graduates who have obtained the required registration are welcome to apply; clinical experience is an asset.
- Strong assessment, communication, and client-care skills.
- A professional, compassionate, and client-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Appropriate qualified liability insurance.
- A City of Surrey business licence, where required for your practice arrangement.
