About the role

As a Registered Pharmacist at Graceland Medical Clinic & Pharmacy, you will provide professional pharmacy services, counsel patients on medications, and collaborate closely with our family physicians to deliver integrated patient care. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who values clinical excellence, patient education, and teamwork.

What you'll do

- Review and dispense prescriptions accurately and safely
- Provide medication counseling and patient education
- Collaborate with physicians regarding patient treatment plans
- Monitor medication therapy and identify potential drug interactions
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and professional standards
- Support daily pharmacy operations and mentor pharmacy support staff





What we're looking for
- Licensed Registered Pharmacist in British Columbia
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient counseling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to patient-centered care and skilled excellence
