About NW Cleaners

NW Cleaners is a growing Calgary cleaning company serving homes and short-term rentals across Calgary, Airdrie and Cochrane. We're hiring a full time, permanent cleaner who takes pride in the details and loves leaving a space guest-ready.

What you'll do

- Clean occupied homes, plus deep cleans and move-in/move-out units
- Turn over Airbnb units between guests: strip and remake beds with fresh linens, swap towels, restock essentials, and reset kitchens and bathrooms
- Follow our checklists and take completion photos on rental turnovers
- Work with company-provided products and equipment

What we're looking for
- Experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or Airbnb turnovers
- Fast, tidy linen changes: crisp, hotel-style beds and neatly presented towels
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working solo or on a two-person crew
- Able to handle physical work: lifting, bending, stairs

- Willing to complete a background check
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Weekday and some weekend availability, since guest turnovers happen on weekends

What you get
- Full-time, permanent hours at $21/hr to start
- Paid training and a consistent schedule
- All supplies and equipment provided, plus WCB coverage
- Room to grow as we expand into carpet and commercial cleaning
