Position Highlights

- $22.00 per hour
- Approximately 40 hours per month
- On-site 2-bedroom, 1,200 sq. ft. apartment
- $2,000/month rent

Responsibilities
- Perform nightly security lock-up and site checks
- General yard and grounds maintenance
- Help keep the property clean, tidy, and well maintained
- Complete basic computer-related tasks

- Comfortable working independently
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with yard/grounds maintenance




- Security-conscious and attentive to detail
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation would be an asset
