We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our restaurant's reputation for exceptional service and delicious food.
Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards of quality.
- Handle cash management, including processing payments and reconciling daily sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menu items and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Thai restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
-Knowledge of Thai cuisine is a plus.
- Robust knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
