Restaurant manager Salary : $36.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week Permanent employment, Full time The candidate must develop a budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies. The candidate must modify food preparation methods and menu prices in accordance with the restaurant’s budget. The candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations.

The candidate will be responsible for training staff. The candidate must conduct performance evaluations. The candidate must organize and keep inventory. The candidate must negotiate with clients for catering or the use of facilities.

The candidate should be fluent in the English language. The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
