Do you love people, enjoy the outdoors, have a passion for fashion, and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our Take It Outside team!

We’re all about great products, great people, and creating an awesome shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors. We’re looking for someone who brings positive energy, takes initiative, and loves being part of a team.

- Supporting the Store Manager with daily store operations and helping keep everything running smoothly.
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Creating a welcoming, fun, and engaging shopping experience.
- Helping drive sales, meet store goals, and keep an eye on key performance metrics.
- Maintaining eye-catching merchandising displays and keeping the store looking its best.
- Assisting with scheduling, staff training, inventory, shipping, and receiving.
- Taking the lead when the Store Manager is away.
- Helping bring creative ideas to life through events, promotions, and special projects.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous retail experience,



preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- A positive attitude and a genuine love of working with people.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who is dependable, takes initiative, and leads by example.
- A passion for fashion, outdoor lifestyle products, and creating great customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.

Store Hours Monday- Saturday 9am-5pm

Some Evening and Sunday for events and holiday season
