We are seeking a friendly and dynamic Retail Associate to join our team as a Cashier, Sales Associate, and Customer Service Representative. This role is vital in providing exceptional shopping experiences by assisting customers with their purchases, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth store operations. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining accurate records
- Conduct product demos and provide detailed information on merchandise, especially in technology or electronics sales
- Upsell complementary products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked appropriately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Manage phone inquiries professionally using proper phone etiquette




- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Support store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment

Experience

- Prior retail sales experience is preferred, especially in technology or electronics sectors
- Bilingual skills (English plus additional languages) are highly desirable for serving diverse customers effectively
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills are essential for accurate transactions
- Demonstrated ability in customer service roles with robust communication skills and professionalism
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, product demonstrations, and upselling techniques is advantageous
- Organizational skills, time management, and the ability to multitask are critical for success in this role
