Compugen Inc. is seeking an Elevated Technical Services Document Expert to deliver hands-on IT equipment installations for retail environments. You will create and maintain installation documentation, support field deployments, and work with internal teams to ensure quality and timelines.

In this role, you will coordinate Alpha/Beta installations, assist with staging and validation, and provide remote/onsite support. Travel and bilingual English/French communication are essential.
