We are looking for an outgoing, bubbly, high-energy Retail Sales Associate who loves interacting with people, enjoys fashion, and is motivated by delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales goals.

This role is ideal for someone who naturally connects with people, brings positive energy into every interaction, and understands the importance of urgency, initiative, and follow-through in a busy retail environment.

We are not simply looking for someone to process transactions. We are looking for someone who can engage customers, build relationships, create excitement around our products, and turn great service into great sales.

What You'll Be DoingCustomer Engagement & Sales

- Welcome every customer with enthusiasm, a friendly attitude, and a genuine desire to help.
- Proactively approach and engage customers rather than waiting for them to ask for assistance.
- Build rapport quickly by asking questions, understanding customer needs, and making personalized recommendations.
- Help customers select eyewear that complements their style, personality, face shape, prescription needs, and budget.
- Confidently recommend frames, lenses, sunglasses, and additional products that enhance the customer's experience.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through complementary products, lens upgrades, second-pair purchases, and current promotions.
- Work toward individual and team sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Follow up with customers when appropriate and help build long-term customer relationships.

Store Operations & Presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Keep frame displays, sunglasses, merchandise, and promotional signage properly presented.
- Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, pricing, and merchandising.
- Ensure customer purchases, prescriptions, measurements, and order details are entered accurately.
- Help coordinate eyewear orders,



customer pickups, repairs, and adjustments within the scope of your training.
- Support daily opening and closing duties and contribute to the smooth operation of the store.
- Stay informed about promotions, new arrivals, product features, and store procedures.

Teamwork & Professionalism
- Work collaboratively with opticians, optometrists, and other team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Take ownership of responsibilities and follow tasks through to completion.
- Maintain a positive attitude during busy periods and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Be punctual, dependable, organized, and ready to contribute from the moment your shift begins.

Personality, attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn are just as important to us as previous experience. Qualifications & Experience

- Previous retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset.
- Experience in fashion, eyewear, optical retail, or luxury retail is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Comfort working toward sales targets and performance goals.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn point-of-sale and order management systems.
- Strong attention to detail when handling customer information and purchase details.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.

Optical industry experience is welcome but not required. We are happy to train the right person who brings the energy, attitude, and drive to succeed. What We Offer
