We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Assistant Manager to join our team. Duties

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members
- Manage merchandising efforts to optimize product placement and presentation
- Handle POS transactions, cash handling, and bookkeeping responsibilities with accuracy
- Coordinate purchasing and inventory management to maintain stock levels
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct pricing analysis and adjust strategies accordingly
- Monitor store performance through sales management tools and report on key metrics
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Execute marketing initiatives to promote store offerings and increase foot traffic




- Maintain organizational efficiency through effective time management and communication skills
- Support budgeting processes and assist in store financial planning
- Lead promotional activities and participate in community engagement efforts

Skills

- Proven leadership with supervising experience in a retail setting
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse customers effectively
- Expertise in negotiation, merchandising, pricing, and sales management
- Proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development, and team management
- Sound organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of marketing strategies to enhance store visibility and sales growth
- Ability to handle cash handling accurately while maintaining integrity
- Strong math skills for inventory control, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Excellent time management skills to oversee daily operations seamlessly
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building positive relationships with clients and staff

This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a leadership position within the retail industry who are committed to excellence in store management. Pay: $19.00-$24.76 per hour
