- Maintenance of HSE Policies, procedures, programs and processes
- HR compliance and Safety manuals (HSE, Comply works, ISN)
- Annual Health & Safety Audit

- TRIF Reduction and Reporting

- Incident Investigations
- Field inspections and Safety Audits at Rig locations
- Recruitment: Drug testing, Man Hours, Compliance, Crew lists, Employee Packages
- Managing training certificates and Requirements: Progressive Discipline, Terminations
- Follow CRA, WCB OH&S; Regulations
- Equipment re-certification and repair
- Other - Rig Directions, Website maintenance, Equipment manuals, Promotional orders and Management

-Experience with Comply works / ISN

-Familiarity and experience dealing with regulatory bodies

Education and Experience

- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety
- 3-5 years of experience in a Manager or Supervisor position in an Oil & Gas environment
- Minimum 5 years experience in Health, Safety & Environment Management Systems
- 3-5 years industry experience (Drilling Operations)

Pay will be competititve, will vary with experience Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
