International Auto Group (IAG) boast seven dealerships across the GTA which encompasses 10 legendary brands.

IAG is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career at Coventry North Jaguar Land Rover as a Sales Administration Assistant .

Location: 123 Auto Park Circle, Woodbridge, ON L4L 8R1

We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented, and has a solid desire to succeed.

Here's what you'll deliver:

- Closing all retail new and used deals down and reporting sold in Land Rovers system
- Verifying any incentive claims and balancing incentive receivables schedules
- Checking all deliveries for accurate lines and ensuring they are paid out
- Stocking in of all new vehicles into inventory and managing the incoming inventory from Land Rover
- Dealer trades between us and other dealers Backup reception 1 hour per day

What you'll need to succeed:

- a minimum of 3 years in the role, preferably with a luxury manufacturer. PBS experience is preferred but not mandatory

Land Rover experience preferred and candidate must have dealership experience and with Luxury if possible.

Scheduled hours:

9:00 AM 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday. At month end, there will be additional hours till all reporting is done which is usually 9:00 PM

This is an 18-month contract covering a maternity leave.
