The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales and marketing for our real estate development projects.

Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for development projects - Generate leads through outreach, networking, and digital channels - Present projects to prospective buyers and investors - Manage the sales pipeline in the company CRM and follow up on leads - Coordinate marketing materials and campaigns Compensation - Incentive-based pay plus a monthly stipend - Top performers can earn over $100,000 per year Requirements - Previous sales and/or marketing experience; real estate, renovation, and/or construction-related experience is a solid benefit - Strong communication and presentation skills - Self-motivated and target-driven - Bonus: Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, and/or Hindi language skills are an added advantage Job Details - Full-time contract position, based in Scarborough - Apply only through Indeed
