Sales Associate – Baby Products Retail

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Burnaby store team. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers, takes pride in providing excellent service, and is eager to learn about baby products, including strollers and car seats.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide product information, recommendations, and personalized shopping assistance.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and proper use of strollers, car seats, and other baby products.
- Assist with daily sales transactions, cash handling, and general store operations.
- Maintain product displays, organize merchandise, and replenish stock as needed.
- Assist with online orders and respond to customer inquiries.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store workplace.

Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable initiating conversations with customers.
- Strong customer service skills and a sense of responsibility.
- Fluent English communication skills; Mandarin or Chinese language skills are an asset.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, baby products, apparel, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to learn about strollers, car seats, and other baby products.
- Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

- 完成日常销售、收银及相关门店运营工作。
- 负责货品整理、补货及店内商品陈列的维护。
- 协助处理线上订单，并及时回复顾客咨询。
- 保持门店整洁、有序，为顾客营造舒适的购物环境。

任职要求
- 性格开朗、积极主动，乐于与顾客沟通交流。
- 具备良好的服务意识、责任心和团队合作精神。
- 英文沟通流畅，会中文者优先。
- 有零售、销售、母婴、服装或相关行业经验者优先。
- 愿意学习并熟悉婴儿推车、汽车安全座椅及其他母婴产品的相关知识。
- 能够配合门店安排，接受周末及节假日排班。
- 工作认真细致，具备良好的沟通能力和学习能力。
