Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and providing exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Multilingual abilities and technical sales experience are highly valued to better serve our diverse customer base. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in retail sales, merchandising, and customer service to grow their skills and advance within the company. We are open 7-10, 7 days a week, nights and weekend availability is a must.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers effectively
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Manage merchandise displays and ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product information
- Handle cashier duties including cashiering, basic math calculations,



and phone etiquette
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising tasks
- Support team members in achieving sales goals through effective communication and collaboration

- Evenings and weekend availability

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred
- Robust communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele
- Experience with product demos, upselling, and merchandising techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and independently as needed
