We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Communications Cloud Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture, solution design, and implementation of Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) platforms for large-scale telecom transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, Order Management, Digital Commerce, OmniStudio, and Salesforce integrations. This role will define scalable and secure architecture while ensuring alignment with TM Forum standards, telecom industry best practices, and enterprise technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and implementation of Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions.
- Design and implement Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, Order Management, and Digital Commerce solutions.
- Define integration architecture between Salesforce and OSS/BSS, CRM, ERP, middleware, and third-party platforms.
- Establish architecture standards for scalability, performance, security, governance, and maintainability.
- Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, solution discussions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Provide technical and architectural guidance to Salesforce development and implementation teams.
- Ensure solutions align with TM Forum standards and telecom industry best practices.
- Support project estimation, technical roadmap planning, and digital transformation initiatives.




- Guide development teams on Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and deployment approaches.
- Ensure successful alignment between business requirements, enterprise architecture, and Salesforce capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience with Salesforce, with strong expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
- Hands-on experience with EPC, CPQ, Order Management, and Salesforce Industries processes.
- Robust expertise in OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with OSS/BSS, ERP, CRM, middleware, and external platforms.
- Strong understanding of telecom business processes, including Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment methodologies.
- Strong solution architecture, technical design, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and transformation programs.

Preferred Skills

- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- Salesforce Industries / Communications Cloud certifications.
- MuleSoft integration experience.
- Knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs and SID model.
- Experience with large-scale telecom transformation programs.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
