This intermediate SCM Contracting & Procurement Analyst supports end-to-end procurement activities for Keyera’s Supply Chain Management team. The position covers sourcing strategy, bid evaluation, negotiation, contract administration, supplier relationships, governance, and reporting. Familiarity with Maximo supports the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead RFx processes from requirements gathering through contract execution
- Evaluate bids, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements
- Track delivery timelines and manage supply risks
- Lead supplier prequalification and qualification coordination
- Develop site-specific supply chain strategies

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of operational SCM experience
- Experience in process facilities or heavy industrial environments preferred
- Experience executing end-to-end RFx processes
- Negotiation and contract management skills
- Familiarity with Maximo
