Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at our designated site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, ensuring the safety of personnel and property, and maintaining a secure environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of surveillance systems, and experience in loss prevention.

The Security Site

Supervisor will play a critical role in implementing security protocols, coordinating emergency responses, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel to ensure effective coverage and response
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to detect and respond to suspicious activities or security breaches
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft, vandalism, and other security incidents
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed




- Maintain detailed incident reports and security logs for documentation and review
- Train recent security staff on site-specific procedures, policies, and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to security operations

Skills

- Prior experience in law enforcement or military service is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of surveillance technology and CCTV systems
- Proven ability in loss prevention techniques and risk management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail in monitoring activities and environments
- Ability to respond effectively under pressure during emergencies or high-stress situations
- Positive communication skills for reporting incidents and coordinating with external agencies
- Knowledge of security protocols, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements

Pay: $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
