Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional passionate about building scalable CRM solutions and driving digital transformation?

We’re looking for a Dynamics 365 Lead Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, Azure services, and modern CI/CD practices to join our team in Montreal.

? Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and CRM architecture.

✅ Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and solution design.

✅ Experience with Azure services, including:

· Azure Data Factory

· Azure Service Bus

· Azure SQL

· Azure Logic Apps

· Azure Key Vault





✅ Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, C#.NET, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.

✅ Ability to work effectively in Agile and iterative development environments.

✅ Solid problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

? Good to Have

✔️ Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure certifications.

✔️ Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns.

✔️ Experience in functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.

✔️ Delivery management experience and the ability to collaborate directly with business users and stakeholders at all levels.
