This individual contributor partners with US and Canada business leaders on organizational performance and growth. You will advise leaders, manage workforce matters, and align local initiatives with global frameworks. The remit includes organizational effectiveness, talent processes, people analytics, and employment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Advise leaders on workforce and talent challenges

Manage moderate-to-complex employee relations cases end-to-end

Deliver locally adapted enterprise HR programs

Interpret workforce metrics and recommend actions

Support compensation analysis and pay recommendations

Requirements

Working knowledge of US and Canadian employment legislation

Experience applying workforce planning and organizational design principles

Knowledge of performance management and career development processes

Ability to use HRIS reporting and organizational data

Ability to provide trusted advisory support to leaders
