As Senior Project

Manager, you will manage industrial construction, service, and general contracting projects. Direct concurrent schedules, budgets, scope, risk, documentation, logistics, quality, and financial performance. Translate customer expectations into objectives while coordinating estimators, managers, field supervision, subcontractors, vendors, and safety stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage schedules, budgets, scope, risk, and documentation
- Develop work breakdown structures, forecasts, and performance analytics




- Prepare change-order proposals and control project scope
- Mentor Project Managers and develop high-performance teams Requirements:
- 10+ years of industrial or heavy commercial project management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Project preferred
- Ability to travel occasionally and work on-call Bring industrial project leadership, Procore coordination, financial discipline, and safety commitment to Lee Industrial Contracting’s construction teams.
