This senior fundraising role manages donors and prospects giving $10,000 or more. You will cultivate relationships, develop prospect pipelines, and secure new revenue for Jack.org. The work connects donor interests with programs and marketing initiatives supporting youth mental health. Key Responsibilities:

Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors Manage portfolios, pipelines, action plans, and cultivation progress Prepare proposals, briefing notes, LOIs, and stewardship reports Track donor activity and moves management in Salesforce Reach quarterly, annual, and revenue targets Requirements:

Five-plus years of progressive revenue development experience Proven record closing gifts at $10,000-plus levels Robust relationship-building, writing, editing, and communication skills Experience developing independent prospect pipelines Salesforce, relational database, and Microsoft Office experience Bring major gifts expertise, donor stewardship, and strategic relationship management to advance Jack.org’s youth mental health mission.
