Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a quick-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food and beverage selections.

Duties

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.




- Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow all food handling guidelines and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

- Previous restaurant experience preferred, with knowledge of the food industry and food service operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Snappy POS, is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in a kitchen environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
