Job Overview

We are seeking friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Servers, Busboys, and Cashiers. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional guest service while ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service as a Server or assist in clearing and resetting tables as a Busboy.
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, and process payments efficiently through cashiering functions including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained during food handling, serving, and cleaning procedures.
- Assist with food preparation or delivery when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, workstations, and equipment in compliance with sanitation guidelines.




- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve guests promptly while multitasking between tables or stations.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities seamlessly.
- Prior experience in serving, cashiering, or the food industry is highly desirable but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates.
