Hi, we’re Mizunara, nice to meet you!

We’re a 60+ seat contemporary cocktail bar & restaurant with a focus on Japanese Whisky. Our concept focuses on familial service, local ingredients, and a smooth whisky base for many of our drinks, all set in a warm and elevated atmosphere.

We’re looking for a candidate to join us who wants to learn more about elevated food & drink and deeply cares about making memorable experiences for our guests.

Who you are:

- A confident storyteller, provenance is important here
- Calm, detail-oriented in high-performance environments
- Willingness to continually learn and build yourself and our team up
- Diligent and earnest in your work quality and efforts
- Knowledge about Japanese whisky, sake, and/or wine is a plus
- Experience in fine dining and/or using Toast is an asset

Responsibilities include…

- A full understanding of our offerings and a strong ability to communicate them
- Maintaining an upbeat and positive attitude
- Manage timing on coursing and ensuring a smooth service
- Follow opening, closing, and all other standard operating procedures
- Work closely with the bar and kitchen staff as representatives of us and guests
