Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences, possess strong food service skills, and be knowledgeable about food safety and sanitation standards. This role offers an opportunity to work in a lively hospitality workplace where guest satisfaction is our top priority.

Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to grow in the hospitality field.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS if available
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen support as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods




- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns professionally

Skills

- Strong knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and cash handling purposes
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen support helpful but not required
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and upselling opportunities
