We are building a passionate hospitality team that understands the importance of exceptional service, attention to detail, and creating memorable guest experiences.

We are currently seeking experienced, confident, and charismatic Servers to join our opening team.

Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional, attentive, and personalized service to every guest.
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through our food and beverage menus.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of menu items, ingredients, cocktails, and wine selections.
- Provide thoughtful recommendations and confidently upsell premium menu offerings.
- Accurately take orders and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming presence throughout service.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations remain clean and organized.
- Process payments accurately using the restaurant's POS system.
- Work collaboratively with management,



bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain EMILY’S standards of hospitality, presentation, and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience, preferably in an upscale restaurant, cocktail lounge, or high-volume dining establishment.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
- Smart Serve certification required.
- Must be available Friday and Saturday evenings, including late-night shifts.
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale nightlife is a strong asset.
