Your Mission

- Be the trusted connection between our Customers and our powerhouse Service Team • Coordinate, prioritize, and schedule repairs and maintenance with clarity and confidence • Create repair orders, manage communication, and follow up to ensure Customer satisfaction • Maintain detailed and accurate service records and scheduling workflows • Support Technicians by aligning shop capacity, timelines, and job flow for maximum efficiency • Help keep our Service Desk running like a well-oiled machine Your Toolkit:
- Experience in a Customer service, Service Advisor, or scheduling role • Strong communication,



organization, and coordination skills • A Team-first mindset with a passion for getting things done right • Resilience in a fast-paced workplace and a cool head under pressure • A knack for balancing multiple priorities, timelines, and shifting demands • Strong mechanical or technical aptitude (heavy-duty or automotive industry experience is a plus!)
